Quality Policy

Quality at the heart of product, service and installation.

The Quality Policy of Watson Lubricants is to provide a service that has a consistently high standard of quality and reliability. It is our expressed intention to provide a service that consistently meets the required quality, conforming with customer requirements and all relevant specifications and standards, in particular with all current relevant legislation.

It is the intention of Watson Lubricants to constantly strive for continual improvement in line with the principles of this policy and objectives set against the said principles.
The Quality Policy is based on three fundamental Objectives:
1. To ensure that the quality of service consistently meets, or exceeds, customer expectations, having identified very carefully the needs of our customers and legislative requirements.
2. To ensure that the quality management system is effective in concentrating on prevention, looking at our service provision, identifying the potential for errors and taking the necessary action to eliminate them.
3. To ensure that everyone understands how to do their job to the standard required, and does it right first time.

To ensure that the policy is successfully implemented, staff will be responsible for identifying customer requirements and for ensuring that correct procedures are adhered to in order to meet the requirements.

Objectives are needed to ensure that the requirements of this policy are met and that continual improvement is maintained in line with the spirit of the policy, will be set, determined and monitored at Management Review.

Changes in legislative requirements, technical supporting documentation etc will be continually assessed by Management. Systems managing this process and specific issues will be additionally included for discussion and further action at Management Review, as and where appropriate.

The quality policy principles and related objectives will be communicated and available to staff at all times. Training will be an integral part of the strategy in order to achieve the objectives.
